We have developed an innovative off-site fabrication system that saves on costs, project duration and waste. MY Fab is a part of the MY Construction Group, and together with our sister company MY Construction, we have the in-house skills and resources for every aspect of your project, from the groundworks, right through to the final fit out.

Our Factory
We are proud of our easily accessible, state-of-the-art Northampton facility, which occupies an impressive 4 acres of land. We have invested in cutting edge machinery and technologies to maximise our production and environmental efficiencies and promote the highest quality products.
Product Assurance
All our modules are bespoke, with an endless range of dimensions, fit-out specifications, and façade types. Our off-site volumetric units are superbly engineered and precision manufactured from hot rolled structural steel for enhanced strength and robustness, similar to any steel framed traditional building.
Our British made and designed system fully complies and exceeds all European and British standards as well as the building regulations for fire resistance, acoustic performance, and thermal properties. This is supported by independent testing of the system by the British Research Establishment (BRE) and we have achieved a BOPAS certification.
Environmental Commitment
Our factory-controlled process generates less waste, creating fewer site disturbances and allowing for tighter construction. During the building process in our factory, waste is eliminated by recycling materials and controlling inventory. The modular structure is substantially completed in a factory-controlled setting using dry materials. This means the potential for high levels of moisture being trapped in the new construction is eliminated.

In synergy with our sister company, MY Construction, we offer a genuine full-service offering. We have the in-house skills and resources to deliver every aspect of your project. This goes beyond just the modular elements – we carry out the groundworks right through to topping out and final fit out.

Certification by NHBC/PREMIER GUARANTEE enables streamlined mortgage applications and peace of mind to the end user. The warranty is backed by our UK based company which has been trading for over 15 years.

Our modular buildings are certified by BOPAS, the scheme that assesses structural integrity for modern methods of construction. This ensures the end user can obtain a domestic mortgage with far fewer hassles and issues.
